Houston Diabetes Peer Support Program Facilitator Training

The Houston Diabetes Peer Support Program uses a support group setting and the experience of community members living with and caring for people with diabetes to foster an atmosphere for sharing and learning.
This training program will give you the tools to effectively facilitate a Houston Diabetes Peer Support group in your community!
When: Friday, April 26th, 6 pm – 8pm virtually , Saturday, April 27th, 9 am – 4pm in person, and Sunday April 28th, 9am – 1pm in person.
